Maas Designs is a small family owned company that provides CUSTOM apparel, gifts, marketing, and promotional items that are made to order therefore purchases are not eligible for refunds/exchanges – Sales are final.  

Our goal is to provide our customers & clients with great products and services, in the event a product is received with a manufacturing defect  or is damaged during the shipping process please contact us at info@maasdesigns.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Once we receive your email you will be contacted by a member of the Maas Designs team within 48 hours. After we make contact, we'll provide you with pre-paid shipping label or you can go into the office at 138 Latigo Ln, Naples ID 83847 to return the defective/damaged item. After we receive the product back we'll ship the replacement item or call for pickup for the replacement item.  

The process should take between 2 – 3 weeks to receive a new item.
